Located at Third Street and Mission Street , in downtown San Francisco, this project involves the refurbishment of the historic Aronson Building, and the construction of an adjacent new 43-story, 510-foot tall residential tower with 146 condominium units.

Contracted at the pre-construction phase by Webcor Builders, we were involved in activities such as utility location, potholing and preliminary site works. Upon commencement of the project itself, our scope then included the installation of all sewer, storm, water, irrigation, gas service, in addition to the AWSS hydrant repairs.
